Walk-ins are welcome, although it is best to call ahead so we can advise you of the process.
Never drive a car that could be unsafe because of damages. Contact us, and we can assess the damage to your vehicle. We will also help guide you through the insurance claim process.
Yes, we try to make it as easy as possible for you to pick up and drop off the rental vehicle onsite.
Some insurance companies want you to visit their drive-in claims center before bringing your car to us. You can do this, or you may leave your car with us and request that the insurance company inspect the car here.
Yes. We will work with the insurance company on any supplements (additional damage found to be accident related) and will bill them directly.
You need the damaged vehicle, vehicle registration and insurance information.
You have the right to go to the shop of your choice. Your insurance company cannot require you to go to a particular shop.
Differences in collision repair estimates are common. A lower estimate may not include all the necessary work. In the process of fixing the damage caused by the collision, additional auto-body repair issues may be revealed. If you’re not sure why one estimate is different from the other please ask us.
If you choose DeSantis Collision Center, you are guaranteed uni-body repair equipment and certified technicians.
No, we will be happy to negotiate your claim with the insurance company.
Yes, at DeSantis Collision Center we offer maintenance and mechanical repairs on all makes and models.
Our collision repair and auto body repair services come with a limited lifetime warranty.
Not necessarily. If the other party has accepted liability you do not have to call your insurance company.
In most cases, yes. You will be reimbursed if the other company pays through subrogation (accepts liability of damages).
All insurance companies have different guidelines and may require the usage of alternative parts.
Not necessarily, only if it’s part of your policy. Check with your agent. If not, we have low cost rentals available and you can always add the coverage to your policy at a low annual cost. You must be 21 Years of age to rent a car.
